Join me for this monthly offering rooted in the Tantric Hatha tradition. Each class is designed as a complete practice, beginning with asana to prepare the body and followed by pranayama to steady and direct energy, all in support of a closing meditation.
Themes will vary, but each class offers an integrated approach to practice, inviting you to move, breathe, and sit in a way that supports a deeper connection to the teachings of yoga.
All levels are welcome. Expect the opportunity for intermediate asana and techniques.
