Deeply Nourished: A Yoga and Ayurveda Retreat
The Practice of Deep Nourishment
In Sanskrit, Pushti means deep nourishment of body, mind, and spirit. It is the experience of feeling replenished, satiated, and whole. When we are deeply nourished, we become less driven by striving and more available to life. We can rest in our own abundance, listen more deeply to our inner teacher, and trust the wisdom that has always been within us.
Over seven days, we'll create the conditions for that nourishment through the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda. Daily movement, meditation, breathwork, nourishing meals, meaningful conversation, and time immersed in nature invite us to slow down and reconnect with ourselves. Each day offers a thoughtful balance of active and restorative practices, opportunities for learning and reflection, and spacious time to enjoy the beauty of Sayulita's oceanfront setting. You'll return home feeling deeply nourished, grounded in yourself, and supported by practices that continue to sustain you long after the retreat ends.
Haramara Eco Resort
Haramara, meaning “Mother Sea,” is a secluded eco-sanctuary perched on 12 private acres of lush tropical jungle overlooking the Pacific, just outside the vibrant surf town of Sayulita. The resort offers open-air luxury casitas, two breathtaking 360-degree view yoga pavilions, a private pristine beach, and an infinity saltwater pool. Each cabana is intentionally free of Wi-Fi and electricity, enhancing the experience of retreat, where the glow of oil lamps and candles replaces screens and switches, and the rhythms of nature guide the day. Guests enjoy fresh, mostly organic gourmet meals in an open-air restaurant with sweeping ocean views, along with access to an open-air spa and miles of unspoiled nature, creating the perfect setting for deep rest, practice, and connection.
